Dear Shona, I hope you would have informed her about various trainings like training in stanography, Hindi typing on manual type writer and computers by AICB. AICB has hostel facility too for it's trainees. To get into any of the course, she needs to clear the entrance test which generally is conducted in the last week of July every year. AICB is also into the placement of VIs into the government sector. Since she wants to get into the government sector, I think this information should help her. There she too can avail volunteer facility on request for preparing competitive exams.
