Hi Prashant,

I have recently used this feature to listen to MP3 files on my Nokia E5 as
well. It has worked well for the past couple of days when I have used this.
However, this morning in an attempt to fast forward the content on the MP3
file, I seem to have done something strange. As a result, the MP3 file
won't play anymore. The options open straight to the phrase or text block
bit, despite asking for the play button or the resume playback.
I have deleted all the files and put them back on the book shelf. When that
has not helped, I have uninstalled the daisy 2go and reinstalled the same
too, but that has not helped either.
Any idea on what might have gone wrong? Any help will be greatly
appreciated.

Thanks

Payal

Subject: Re: [AI] Question about Daisy2Go

Dear Geetha,
In general the reading commands are the same for both daisy book and mp3
files in DAISY2Go. The difference is that several navigation modes such as
page, section are not available when reading MP3 files.
You may like to see my DAISY2Go quick Start Guide for more -

In short the following commands will be useful.

Key to be pressed -- Function
Select play/pause
4 Decrease playback speed
5 Normal playback speed
6 Increase playback speed
Long Left, Long Right Backward / forward cueing, sounds like a tape recorder

Regards,
Prashant

Subject: [AI] Question about Daisy2Go

Hi all,

Not sure whether posting this question is permissible here. My regular MP3
player broke down recently, and while it is being repaired, I am currently
using my Nokia C5 phone as an MP3 player. Since I listen to more non-Daisy
books than Daisy books, I am trying to use Daisy-Fy. I was able to add books
to the bookshelf using Daisy-Fy, but am unable to locate the play, stop,
pause, rewind and forward buttons. How are these functions performed in
Daisy-Fy?

Many thanks as always for any responses.
Geetha
