Dear friend, Did you try these keystrokes on an external keyboard? If the keystrokes are not working on an external keyboard, check the "Quick set" of your laptop. If it is turned on, turn it off. The problem must be resolved after this.

Insert+F11 speaker mute rather than showing system tray. 2. In IE insert+F7 no link list showing 3. Right alt+F4 nothing is happning inffact jaws is saying alt+control+F4.
