Sir Uttar Pradesh public service commission doesn't provide their scribe guidelines with the advertisement nor they provide with call letter for public service commission exam. The PCS prilims exam is on 9th of June and they have told me that writer should be 12th class student. I asked their Allahabad office by calling.
