OGeneral is the best. But costly too. I got two split AC myself and one is Panasonic and other one is blue star. Both are 5* ACs. Stars are given as per it's performance and power consumption. If that is 5*, power consumption will be lesser than 3*.
Also if your room is just 10-10 sqft, go for one ton.
