Dear vikram, clearing ibps interview does not mean that all the people will be given job in banks. Only those people who have got good percentage of marks and are in merit list will be given preference in getting appointment letter from respective banks. so keep the finger across because if incase anyone rejects the offer he will not be given second letter of appointment from other banks and you may get chance.
