Am kichu from kerala. Am thinking of buying a new car & I would like to know is there any provision of getting road tax exemption . I went through the motor vehicle department of kerala website & I found disabled don't have to pay tax. I would like to know if the same is applicable to blinds too. If so what are the documents I have to produce to avail road tax exemption. If anyone know anything regarding this matter, please do help.
