Write your complaint properly-dates on which you approached the Bank,
which branch, who did you speak with and the response.
But now that you have mentioned that you didnt take the circulars, I would
not advise you to escalate till you get a negative response even if you show
the officer the relevant documents. I know that it is not your job to have
the circulars and the officers should be aware of them, I would advise you
to just carry the circulars and be bold and confident when you go to the
Bank. Dont take your mom unless you really need her.
