This is abnormal. You should visit a service centre or retailer and get it checked. If your phone is within warranty, you should insist on getting a replacement. I have got my brother's and uncle's phone replaced for a different problem, so I know first-hand that replacements are normal in case of any defect. For your convenience, your nearest retailer is Maple technology in in orbit maul, and the authorised service centre is in Reliance digital, both in Vashi.
