I apply text format from the format cells dialogue box or put an apostrophe
at the beginning of the text. It displays whatever I write.
Perhaps you need something else.

Dear friends,
I want to write a phone number in excel as +91-0253-1234567 format. I
change a cell format to custom as follows:
"+91"-0000-00000000
But I have a problem in phone number display that is our some state codes
are 3 and 4 digits and local numbers are 6, 7, 8 digits. In this case the
display is not correct.
Please give me a solution please.
