Hello Amiyo,
It's not a question of text format. In our country there are 3, 4, digits
std codes and 6, 7, 8 digits local numbers. Here is the problem occurs
because if I use a format for one it gives wrongs for another; I can't use
these 3 formats in a single cell. Perhaps it requires suppose if conditional
format which I don't know.

I apply text format from the format cells dialogue box or put an
apostrophe at the beginning of the text. It displays whatever I write.
Perhaps you need something else.

change a cell format to custom as follows:

But I have a problem in phone number display that is our some state codes
are 3 and 4 digits and local numbers are 6, 7, 8 digits. In this case the
display is not correct.
