Hi Nidhi, I am using Ubuntu 10.04 and 11.04 with the screen reader Orca without any trouble for the last three years. I found the accent more acceptable than JAWS. SURE, THE ACCENT OF THE nvda IS THE SAME, SINCE BOTH ARE USING THE SAME TTS.
