I think, you are following the right process. I tried a google search for braille chart and found two links to pdf documents using the same process. Only make sure that you are copying the correct link, i.e., the link that directly opens the pdf page. The URL should always end with .pdf extension. Here are two examples i just found:
http://www.bpa.org.in/braille.pdf

http://www.bpaindia.org/VIB%20Chapter-VI.pdf

Hi learned members please tell me that how to find out the internet
address of a pdf document  from where I downloaded that document.
Suppose in google results I found a pdf document which is available on
ministry of information's website, through google result I opened that
pdf document, now tell me that how to find out the URL for this
document so that I could write it in footnotes. I tried to take its
address by right clicking and selecting copy shortcut, but it is
showing the address which is created by google, but I want direct
address where this document is located at ministry of information
website.
