Dear all, UNION Bank of India which took the initiative of developing an accessible ATM machine for the visually impaired persons has now attempted to make the experience more complete by providing manuals in easy to read accessible formats. The second updated version of the Talking ATM manual is now available in Hindi and English in the following formats.
1. DAISY book with human voice 2. Electronic Braille (BRF) 3. Accessible tagged PDF. The DAISY version of the manual has been prepared by Saksham Delhi with Tobi software. The English recordings have been done by RSVI Lucknow. The additions to the second version of the manual are: . Forward by Union Bank of India CMD, . Usage info on Diebold talking ATM model along with NCR talking ATM. . Addition of images in the manual with Image description. . Well-structured headings navigation. .
