friends, A bit confusion, earlier i thought u r asking just a railway concession pass but now i got that u all r in need of new circular about railway concession pass. Please give me a couple of days time as yesterday itself i've collected some information about the same. As soon as i'll get the circular, i'll definately provide u all. Sorry for confusion.
