dear friends, a full air conditioner train known as "Garib rath" is running in different parts of india. a dissable coach is also attach in this. but it is joke for blind persons to travell in this train. because, there is no concession for us. when i asked about it to railway counter, they replied me that, it is only for O.H persons. is it true? please share if you have any information about it. with best regards. deepak chawda.
