On very first instance, I condemn such a heinous crime. As pointed out, The accuse is a historysheeter but he was offered a bail by the legal system of our country, which must be because of any benefit of doubt or insufficient proofs while releasing from prison. If the society is not able to eradicate such evil mentalities then law must come ahead to cleanse these black spots. When Political willpower, bureaucracy and policing is failed to penetrate criminal minds and infuse fear, then the state of citizens' security is bound to weaken. So, here I see the collective failure of Indian Judiciary, Politics, bureaucracy and police.
