Hi friends I hope everyone is fine here I'M writing seminar on PWD act implement in Andhra pradesh it was conducted in HCU in Hyderabad at 4.30 PM I'M writing sake of our community especially Andhra pradesh friends
Yesterday in central university of Hyderabad seminar on how 1995 PWD act is implementing In Andhra Pradesh Conducted by Andhra Pradesh visually impaired employs association and collaboration of Central university of Hyderabad at 4.30 PM. Chief Guest is chief commissioner of persons with disability GOVT of India sree Prassanna Kumar Pincha Guest of honor is Sremathi cristena Lazarus nominated MLA of AP Chairmen of this meeting is sree Ramakrishna VC of HCU Others President of AP visually impaired employs association sre Ravendra babu PRO sree annavaram HCU Dear friends I’M giving small description how seminar was conducted After welcoming gests MLA has given first speech She pointed out in AP disabled population is 10 percent But allocation budget for 2013/2014 only 70 crores She sed I’M adviquassing disabled issues After her small speech sree annavaram ask the audience to raise queries I raised 3 queries 1 is there is no implement 3 percent reservation in private sector especially in AP That especially visually impaired persons I have given explanation Even person well qualified as per they requirement they are not offering employment for visually impaired candidates. Second query is there is no proper implementation of 3 percent reservation in in GOVT departments Like AP ARTC, railway, women and child welfare disable department ETC There is no reservation for disable persons within the disabled welfare department. No disabled commissioner has been appointed so far in disabled commissionerate If he or she disabled they can understood disabled problems very easily Because Government has been appointing in women commission there are only women’s If minority commission there are only from minority Why can’t disabled commissioner appointed in disable commissionarate? My next query is many GOVT eye hospitals are issuing bogus medical certificates by taking money Including Sarojini eye hospital of Hyderabad Andhra Pradesh Next query direct to MLA 70 crores money is not enough need to increase much more Because she has mentioned disable percent I asked how this much money is adequate Some others also raised some queries Like Regarding GO MS NO 42 regarding promotions this GO is not implementing properly They brought to the notice CCPD Next query is Roster point as on today 6th roster has been allotted for women what about men position? next qury is present AP disabled commissioner is very bad person he is cheeting disable persons he is doing so much frod he is not taking care about disable persons fortunately after 8o clock we got brakeing news disable commissioner has transfored to another department when we were in meeting hall Next query is regarding voting process In AP recently MLC elections has conducted some districts there is no entry for visually impaired candidates to oat. Next query is regarding suffering with discrimination Some of the blind employs have been suffering with discrimination in various departments Many blind candidates have been insulting by their official’s Some of official’s not allowing blind employs to get promotions Even they are well in their work and well qualified candidates Now CCPD sre Prasanna Kumar has given speech He feels bad what AP GOVT implementing 6th roster point that only for women He will give his support to become a 6th roster general His sed commissioner duty is like a watch dog I’M not a policy maker My duty is see how implementation is going on particular rights If someone brought to my notice something is violation is going than CCPD will react according to the situation Next my rules doesn’t permit to instruct state level commissioner more than my capacity If something comes under central level I will definitely act according to the situation Even though I myself instructed various situations in my own department secretary beyond my capacity Now also I’M giving instructions various situation more than my capacity He has given advice if you feel any thing bad in various situations you need to present everything should be in written form to concern officials.
