Hello accessindians, greetings of the day. my bsnl broadband user ID has changed due to shifting of phone to a new location and now i'm unable to view my billed/unbilled broadband usage details on the portal www.10.240.43.216 where i used to view earlier. the new user ID is not registered there. there is also no link to register it there. now i'm looking for the guidance of learned list members to resolve this issue.
