hello friends, as u know UGC net's exam is going to be held in this month. one of my friends is appearing to from HP university simla. but they are not taking the responsibility of providing writer and also saying that they have no any such guidelines from UGC. moreover, they are talking rudely if we are trying to tell them something. what can be done in this condition? please friends, if anyone have such guidelines or any other suggestion in this regard, help my friend please. thanks and regards,
