It is please be noted, that I am not against the sender if it has been just asked for the knowledge, but the rationale of asking for such concession does not deserve consideration. But that is a subjective opinion, so it is not desirable to have further discussion on that.
To sum up, there are no concessions except what was mentioned in my earlier email while buying a car.
