hello, yes. s b I is giving internet banking facility to visually impaired. many of us are availing this service. I am working for state bank of Hyderabad. sbh provided internet banking facility. I am using it. being an employee of sbh, I agree with you that these stupid banks are not following the actual rools, but practicing their own individual way of treatment according to their attitude.
