regarding indian airlines it is said fifty percent concession but in reality
it is sixtysix percent you have to pay as there is no concession on fuel
charges.

No airlines provide concession for escorts.
Indian Airlines and Jet air gives 50% concession on the base fare.
In reality the regular fares are far lower than the concessional fare
provided they are booked in advance. You may be lucky to get the reduced
rates close to the departure dates.
