Actually these guidelines are for all academic and recruiting agencies, whether under central and state government. But the problem is that these will not be implemented ipsofacto. Most of the agencies are unwilling to adopt these guidelines at their own, therefore we will have to pursue the matter through higher, quasi judicial and judicial authorities. If they are not willing to accept that we have not adopted these guidelines, nothing can be done in this regard except complaining to state disability commissioner or to the CCPD directly. Same thing is happening in Uttar Pradesh public service commission, they have replied to me that we have sent these guidelines to the government, and these can not be implemented in the state unless the appropriate government adopt wide its own letter to the effect. I will suggest that you should contact the highest authority which is conducting the exam and ask them to implement the guidelines, or contact disability commissioner, or immideatly write to CCPD, he will issue the instructions for implementation.
