Enable India is a non-profit organization working tirelessly since its inception from 1999 towards the economic independence and dignity of persons with disabilities. We cater to the needs of all kinds of disabilities like visually impaired, hearing impaired, physically disabled, mental retardation, mental illness and more across India. Our major thrust areas are employment, pre-employment services, and work place solutions, supplemental education, consulting and enabling other institutions working for the disabled. In collaboration with RuralShores and Vodafone, EnAble India is conducting a Job oriented training program for visually impaired Under this , the candidates will be trained on some of the key skills like problem solving, analytical thinking, quality orientation, computers and English communication etc. which not only help in the job but also help the candidate to lead quality life. After the training, selected candidates will be placed in Vodafone call centre . The job involves calling customers and do sales. The workplace will be near Bagepalli (Chikkaballapur) and the salary will be around Rs.6000 including PF. Incentives will also be given based on candidate’s performance.
