Hi Vamshi, it seams that you already have earned your master degree and you didn't enclose your final marksheet while applying for UGC Net last time. Therefore they are asking you to submit your final marksheet of master degree . While in my case they will not ask me to submit it because I have just completed my master degree, in December 2012 I applied as appearing candidate. Now you will have to supply necessary documents.
