Your netbook has wifi inbuilt in it? many of the netbooks do not have the same. If your machine has wifi, then turn on the wifi switch, then access the network icon from the system tray and follow the prompts to set up a new connection. Set it to connect automatically, so that you would be connected automatically from the next time onwards if you are within the range of the network and your wifi turned on. If your machine does not have an inbuilt wifi, then buy an external wifi adapter. I am using one from Belkin and 6 months ago I bought it for around Rs. 700. Regards,
