First, you need not disclose your entire password. Its just the two special characters that you have in your password the sighted person needs to know to help you. Second, there is not much that visually impaired bankers can do in this regard apart from taking this to the notice of the concerned person in the bank. Its up to the visually challenged customers to raise this issue with the bank. As most would agree, customer complaint is lot more valuable than an employee suggestion. I've already informed this to the concerned person in SBI.
