Dear bhavesh,  here i strongly recommend you to do thum impression instead of 
doing the normal signeture  specially in banking related issues such as 
withdrawing your amount.  Doing signeture as sighted may lead you to an 
undesirable issues in the future!

You can certainly change your signature. You can ask the branch to provide 
you with the signature change card .
 It is better to sign if you are able to keep the consistency.
