I'm not able to use the SBI mobile banking using the number *595#.

Also, when I tried to use the same via the Web, i.e.,

https://mobile.prepaidsbi.com/sbiwap/

I got the following message.

Msg=Account is already being used over a different channel.

Any solution to use the SBI mobile banking using the *595# and also via the Web?
