Hi Gufran,
Vocation Rehabilitation and Training Centre (VRTC) used to conduct
one year O level computer programs. It's situated at Choti Habowal
Road that is near the Punjab Agricultural University campus. You can
ask your friend to contact those people. I will also try and contact
old friends and see if any other good centres can be located.
