Hi List, I am happy to share that after great follow-up, Aakash IV proposed specifications include that the Accessibility and talkback be installed in the Aakash before shipping it to the end-user. Since the OS is JB 4.2.1 at the time of this paper, there is no extra requirement of any tool to be installed for accessibility use for people to get started with it!
