Dear List Members, At the onset I would like to thank all the group members who had spared their valuable time and tried to provide solution to the problem faced by me on the subjected matter. As suggested I had made a couple of changes in Adobe Reader but the problem persisted. I made several abortive attempts to rectify the issue but could not succeed. Yesterday while checking the Add-ons installed in the Internet Browser I noticed that there were many add-ons installed. One of he Add-ons that was present was an Adobe toolbar (or something similar). I simply disabled it and was happy to find that the problem was solved. I would again like to thank the list members for their valuable comments for resolving the problem.
