Try to understand their situation. How is it possible to trace the person to be assisted? How the T O convey to your destination station to help you? It is almost impossible to find a person in such a crowded trains to be provided the required assistance. In the very 1st coach, even the space is also available for the wheel chair users. The problem is only that the same doors are used for board in and out from the trains. Something should be done to avoid this terrible situations, where the passengers try to use the same way for entrance and exit. I already given the suggestion in the suggestion book, but no result come out. If the doors alternatively use for the same, the journey will become more comfortable and hassel free. The only problem with Delhi metro is that they will force you to board on ladies coach, and frankly speaking, it does not suit me.
