I feel that the problem is with the OS. I had the same problem with a desk top
with windows 7. The problem was resolved once I formatted the c drive. My
samsung net book also showed similer problem. But there was a message saying
your hardware has encountered with a serious error. Contact your hardware
vendor to fix the issue. The problem was with the mother board. If nothing of
the sort appears, you can look for system recovery. If you haven't formatted
your system since you bought it, it will find it in your hard disk. But
recovering your system erase all your files and set your sistem to factory
settings.
