Hi, I am not an Expert, but as I am also using a Huawei netsetter, I feel sometimes I could guide you on this. Instead of installing the inbuilt software that comes with the device I would advice you to use Mobile Partner software. As I am using Huwai e173 I cannot say with certainty that this would solve your problem. But anyway you just try it.
