hello accessindia!

the online RTI portal has a barrier for the screen reader users to file 
application, where the image verification code is to be typed. firefox and 
webvisum is not a solution, it is a tool for screen reader users. I request you 
all to please go through this portal, just spreading the news is not a 
solution. why don't all accessindian members should move a joint petition 
before the hon'ble CCPD or supreme court regarding this image verification 
code? same is faced by me while booking online ticket on IRCTC website and 
paying my LIC premium via credit card through IDBI payment gateway. legal 
experts may guide us on this issue. if fund is required for the petition, I 
would be the first to contribute. Delhi based NGO's should take immediate 
action on it. all government and private owner of the websites must remove such 
verification code.
