hi friends, thanks allot for help. now the problem is solved the issue was
there is an application called del wireless utility i just switched off it
and able to connect the net as usual way. i think dell's ap is not
accessible if it is accessible pls inform me. 1s more thank u for the prompt
help.

hello, don't worry,
just do the following,
1. go to control panel,
2. network and sharing center,
3. use arro keys till jaws says connect link
4. just press enter
5. use arro keys to select the wi-fy modem from the list
6 press rite click/application key and enter on connect
provide the respective password and press tab to connect button
and hit enter on it
just wait for few seconds,
jaws will be notified with internet explorer with google or any page
opened
note this is 1 time process
and if u don't want to see this message and if u don't want to connect
wi-fy just press and hold fn key and press f3 key u wont notified any
wify notifications

i'm not sure why your not getting the list of available networks. but
if u already have a network set up, u dont have to connect everytime.
just try going to internet explorer directly from your desktop and see
if you get the connection.

hi.
have you already set up a vi fi connection for yourself?? if not, then
you need to do that 1st. if u already have 1, then it must have been
already activated and you just need to go to internet explorer from
your desktop and you'll be connected automatically. in that case, u
can just ignore that message whenever it comes.
if that is not happening, then go to start menue, and with the help of
your arrow keys, go to the connect to submenue. get into the submenue
with your right arrow key, and keep going down till u reach the option
of wireless networks. once u press enter there, u will get a list of
some names of wi fi networks around your area. if you know the name of
your network, and if it appears on that list, then u press enter
there. it will then ask you for your password that u had used to set
up your network in the beginning. once you type that passward and
connect, then u wont have to keep doing it everytime u switch on your
laptop.
but please be clear as to whether you already have a wi fi network in
place.
