dear friends, I am facing strange problem in Microsoft word and excel. my all other Microsoft product such as power point or access ar working properly but Microsoft word and excel are not working. when I am hitting enter on both programmes, I am not getting any response from the computer, however, when I tried to open a file which is created in Microsoft word, it shows the following message: "could not send the command to programme"
