14. Visually impaired or orthopedic handicapped candidates whose writing speed is affected by Cerebral Palsy may be given a scribe at the examination centre to facilitate the candidate in order to write the written examination. Only those candidates will be given a scribe who have opted for the same while filling in the application form. Such visually/orthopedic handicapped candidates have to bring certified copy of medical certificate issued by the Competent Authority.
