Can someone let me know what is the minimum percentage of disability required to avail a scribe for UPSC exams and IBPS BANK-PO exams. I need your help on an urgent basis.Kindly revert back with a confirmed answer to the query. I would also like to know how UPSC categorizes a difference between a blind and a low vision. I am also attaching a UPSC notification for your reference but there is no clarity on the above queries that I have.
