Dear all, I recently discovered that my railway concession certificate has expired and I have toobtain a fresh railway concession certificate. I would like to know: 1. Has form changed since 2008? 2. Can it still be filled by Registered medical practicener Here in West Bengal; counter clerk insist on government doctor as they like to make our life hell.
