hi Pawan, dont know if you've already found your answers as i'm replying a bit late. but both the induction cooker, and the hot plate are quite economical and also easy to use. the induction cooker has large buttons for each kind of cooking and also temprature adjustment fascility, which enables a lot of control and accessibility. also the top doesn't get heated while cooking so there's no real chance of u burning your hand while navigating with the buttons. the hot plate should actually be your 2nd option, as the surface does heat up, and there's very little room for navigation. but if 1 is careful and uses vessles with long handles, then even this is a cheap and efficient cooking device. it has just a nob in the front which u can turn and adjust how hot u want it to be depending on what your cooking. and it costs about a thousand depending of course on the make but go for the induction cooker without any hesitation.. best, Shireen.
