Dear Asif Bhaiya, I am answering this based on the assumption that you were asking to open the PDF in Adobe Reader instead of Acrobat Reader, as the latter doesn't behave well with screen readers.
You need to uncheck the checkbox which says "open pdf in web browser", from the accessibility settings. You will be able to find the same in the edit>accessibility>accessibility setup assistant>set options for screen readers. On the last screen you will see this checkbox.
