Perhaps there is no way out. Pasting unformatted tet is the best option to me. It is always better to format again than accepting old formats.

As regards your previous mail, I also don't know if wrong capital letters can be detected except by a spell checker.

For inconsistencies you can use Jaws text analyser feature. It helps in identifying erroneous punctuation etc.

I am sorry for delay in reply. I could not check mail for last three days.

Subject: Re: [AI] How to find and replace the numbers in an MS word document?

I am facing the problem while pasting some text in footnote area, if I
am copying some text which in italics and directly pasting in footnote
area, it is being pasted with its original font and not of footnote's.
Suppose I have written some journal name in italics , and pasting it
in footnote area, it is being pasted of its original size, which was
12, while footnmote size is in 10. If I paste specially as unformatted
text, the italicized text becomes regular, what to do?

a heading or in a title, if any word starts from small letter, then

Subject: [AI] How to find and replace the numbers in an MS word document?

Friends I want to remove the numbers in an MS word document, I know
that through find and replace dialogue box it is possible. But here I
m facing one problem. Suppose I have to replace any 2 digit number
which is with period, I want to replace it with dot only. for that, I
am writing, .^# in find box and dot in replace dialogue box, now what
it is doing, it is replacing only one digit and not the full number.
Suppose there is .23, it is replacing only 2, and .3 is still there,
is there any way to remove whole number?
