Hi Preeti, You can no longer get netbooks. A netbook is a small computer running Microsoft Windows or Linux. I cannot comment on better or worse since it is user dependent. A netbook is over kill if you just want to read.
Most of the tablets that you get run Android. If they run Android 4.3 then you should be ok.
