Dear Saurabh, It is not all difficult. Ofcourse, you have to provide your dissability certificate and other as usual proofs of your identity. The agent will himself will take you to the eye doctor to get certificate or you yourself can find an LIC eye doctor who can issue certificate and submit it to the concern agent with the form. No such high premium to be made. It is same for all.
