hi Pranav, all other sites are working fine. the problem is only with youtube. i think its because i'm using an ancient configuration. i'm using windows xp with IE 8. perhaps that's y youtube is supporting no more. perhaps i need to change that, and hopefully all should be well. advocate jee, i got the option of restore advance settings, and reset internet explorer. but not restore default settings. does that make sense?? shireen.
