fully agree with raaj sir. we can also start an online petition. this guy must be delt with due respect and honour(smiles). saying sorry means killing somebuddy and then asking for mercy. being an officer on higher post, He would have already played with the future of a lot of innocent visually impaired students of the institute. and god knows, how he has projected our society.
