I don't understand how the case is not made out against Delhi
University on the bases of provided facts.
Sealed letter of result has been demanded, and refused which he calls
confidential result.
This is the problem of school of open learning.
No case lies against NIVH and no authority can force NIVH to delay the
interview or provide any kind of relaxation in this case.
The school of open learning is the main culprit which is creating such
menace, harassing him and destroying his future to save the red tape
culture!
